Articles

"View knowledgebase articles" permission is required

You can access the articles from the Knowledge base > Arctiles menu item. Here you can store longer texts (articles) and share them with other users.

View an article

To view an article click the button with the eye icon or on the article's name.

Filter articles

You can filter articles by their names by typing into the "Filter" input field.

Create an article

"Edit knowledge base" permission is required

To create a new article click on the "Add article" button.

Edit an article

"Edit knowledge base" permission is required

You can edit an article by clicking the button with the pencil icon next to an article's name.

Field	Description
Name	Name of the article
Description	The body of the article
Visibility	Set the visibility of the article. By default all new articles are in a "Draft" state and can be only seen by users with the "Edit knowledgebase" permission. Once an article is made "Published" it can be seen by other users who have permission to view articles.
Files	Drag n' Drop files or click to select files to attach to the article

You can save your modification by clicking on the "Save" button.

Removing / Deleting an article

"Edit knowledge base" permission is required

Enter into editing the article you want to remove (Edit an article). Click the "Remove" button and confirm your action by clicking the "Remove" button in the confirmation popup window.
