# Learning campaigns

"Manage learning campaigns" permission is required

With learning campaigns you can teach and test your users' knowledge.

To manage learning campaigns click on the "Campaigns" menu item under Learning.

# Add a learning campaign

To add a new learning campaign click on the "Add Campaign" button, this will create a new campaign that is not published by default.

# Edit a learning campaign

To edit a learning campaign click on the button with the pencil icon next to it. You will be redirected to the learning campaign editor.

Field Description
Name Name of the learning campaign.
Start date The date when the learning campaign starts.
End date The date when the learning campaign ends.
Minutes required Minutes required to complete the learning campaign
Enforce minutes required Automatically fail the test if the user haven't completed the campaign in the required time.
Message before the campaign Message to show to the user when starting the campaign.
Message after the campaign Message to show to the user after finishing the campaign.
State Set the state of the campaign.

By default all campaigns are in a "Draft" state which means that even if the campaign timeframe is right it won't be shown to the users.
To make a campaign active set its status to "Published".
Email notification at start Send a notification to all eligible users when the campaign is active.
Email notification before ending Send a notification to all eligible users 2 days before the end of a campaign.
Failure conditions You can set a campaign to require a certain percentage of questions correctly answered in order for the user to pass it. Otherwise users pass the campaign regardless of the correctness of their answers.
Departments Select departments in which users should be eligible to complete the campaign.
Procedures Select the procedures that should be included in the campaign.

# Remove a learning campaign

Enter into editing the learning campaign you want to remove. Click the "Remove" button and confirm your action by clicking the "Remove" button in the confirmation popup window.
